Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the room was clean and spacious, with a real king size bed and comfy sheets, overlooking a peaceful green courtyard that kept street noise at bay. However, the overall vibe of the room felt a bit dated and tired. The location was a standout feature, being close to the main street of Tulum but tucked away enough to avoid excessive noise. The dining experience was okay, but the breakfast options could have been better. Service was a hit or miss, and sometimes it lacked attention to detail. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, being right next to the main street with great street food and bars nearby, but it was quite noisy. The rooms, however, were a letdown, being mouldy and very damp during the day, making them dark. The service was excellent, especially at reception in the evening, but the dining options were lacking, serving only a limited breakfast.
The hotel is ideally situated near the main street, offering easy access to great street food and bars. The rooms, however, were disappointing - our supposed 'suite' was big but old, smelly, and had a broken toilet after one use. The service was below expectations. Overall, the location is great, but the room quality and service leave much to be desired.
